1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use,
and disclosure of your information when you use the MagicPic application.
We are committed to maximum transparency. The core principle of MagicPic's operation is that the application
does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal or user data.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
The MagicPic application is a self-contained photo processing tool. For its
operation, it does not require and does not perform:
Collection of Personal Information: Name, email, address, device identifiers (Advertising ID, Device ID),
etc.
Background Data Access: The application only operates when you are actively using it.
Use of Analytics Services: We do not use any third-party services (such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics,
Facebook SDK) to track in-app behavior.
Use of Trackers: The application contains no tools for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
Collection of Media Content: All photos taken or edited using MagicPic are processed locally on your device. We
do not have remote access to your photos, do not upload them to our servers, and do not view them.
3. How the Application Works (On-Device Processing)
Camera and Gallery: To add a holiday frame, the
application requests access to your device's camera and/or photo gallery (storage). This access is used
exclusively for:
Capturing an image from the camera.
Saving the final photo to your local gallery (album) upon your request.
All frame overlay operations are performed in your device's memory. Images are not transmitted over the internet
for processing.
"Share" Function: When you use the built-in "Share" function, control is transferred to the application of your
choice (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Mail). We do not control and are not responsible for the data you
share with these third-party services. Their use is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Data Collected by App Stores
When downloading MagicPic from Google Play or Apple App Store, the
respective store (Google LLC or Apple Inc.) may collect certain data (e.g., installation data, basic crash
reports) as outlined in their own privacy policies. This occurs at the platform level, and we do not have access
to the full scope of this data nor do we control this collection.

5. Children's Privacy
Our Application is not intended for children under the age of 13 (the "Age of
Digital Consent" under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children
under 13. Since we do not collect any information, we effectively hold no such information from users of any
age.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You
of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You
are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
